Where Should I Stay ?
Another popular option in the UK is to stay in bed and breakfasts. These locations are usually much smaller and more intimate, and many offer a great chance to get to know the host and sample some local cuisine in a homelike environment. It is a truly British experience to stay in a B&B while on holiday.
You can also try looking at hostels as many hostels have renovated their facilities and provide a range of options from traditional dormitories to two-bed rooms and even double or queen sized rooms. You can try joining up to the hostels association newsletters to see if you can grab yourself a bargain.
When you are choosing a hotel it’s important not to just to focus on price but also on the value of the location. Spend some time thinking about how you’d like to spend the trip so that you can choose accommodation that is conveniently either to the attractions that you want to visit or to cheap public transport that can get you there.
Some people love London for the nightlife, while others want to be closer to the culture and the beautiful parks that London has. That way you can narrow down the huge range of accommodation into a more reasonable list to choose from. Next, you can look to refine your list, but check the reviews to make sure that the accommodation is as appealing as you hope.
The best accommodation option for you will depend on how long you are spending in the city and which sites you hope to see while you are there.
