Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - How to get there ?
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a sporting complex that was built for the 2012 Summer Olympic games and 2012 Summer Paralympics. The park is located to the east of the city, adjacent to the Stratford City development. This sports complex houses several sporting venues such as the Olympic Stadium, Olympic Village, London Olympics Media Centre and London Aquatics. Olympic Park is overlooked by the Britain's largest observation tower, ArcelorMittal Orbit.
How to get here
If you arrive by air, you are likely to land in one of the five airports that serve this British capital; Luton LTN, London City, Heathrow LHR, Stansted STN and Gatwick LGW airport. From the airport, visitors can either board a train, bus or car hire. There is a good network of buses and underground trains that will guarantee you fast service from to the Park.
There are several attractions that are located near the Queeen Elizabeth Park. From sports facilities to shopping centres, restaurants to foodies, there is something for every visitor.
One of the greatest attractions near Queen Elizabeth park is ArcelorMittal Orbit. This observation tower will allow you to view the whole park from two observation points.
