Please take your time to read the FAQ before contacting us, as there’s a very good chance your question will already be answered. Should you have a query that you cannot find in our FAQ, or you want to send us feedback, please send an email to customer.service@booking.com.
If you would like to cancel or amend your booking you can do it directly online by using View / Cancel Reservation.
Emails can quickly be answered, so it is the easiest way to contact us.
In order to assist you even better, please supply us with the information below:
- Your reservation number
- Email address that you used for your reservation
- Hotel's name and exact location of hotel
- Reservation dates: check in and check out date
